Customer Care Plan

Purchase discounted hours of customer care consulting to cover site edits, plugin selection and configuration, technical support, troubleshooting, or whatever else you need at a discounted hourly rate. Think of this as a monthly retainer and while we do track all time assisting clients your discounted hours are not refundable if the time is not used in a given month. Overages are billed at our current going rate per hour of $150USD.
