How do I set up or access my account?
If you buy a product or subscription on the CS site, you will be prompted to set a password. This password is for the email you used in the checkout. Your user account will be of type Customer.
If you have not made a purchase, you can still navigate to the Customer Dashboard. Click the avatar icon in the header. Alternatively, click here. If you are not logged in, a login form will be presented with an option to request an email login code. Enter your email and look for the resulting email in your mail client. It will contain a link that will allow you to set a password for your account after which you will be able to login.
If you have only subscribed to the Blog or Newsletter, you will also receive an opt-in email. This email will contain a similar set password link.
How do I use my Customer Dashboard?
The Chesley Software Customer Dashboard is available to current customers (see above FAQ for how to set up a customer account). You must be logged in to access it.

It offers the following features:
- Multiple Tabs including a landing dashboard that have sections and in some cases sub-navigation links for: Invoices, Orders, Plan (i.e., Subscriptions such as hosting), Open Harvest Invoices and Estimates (custom projects done on Time and Billing approach and estimates for projects) with links to view or pay invoices.
- In the lower left, there is a user icon or avatar. It has submenu options for Account, which includes account profile and update password. There are also options for Billing methods and Logout.
- We are planning future enhancements for the Customer Dashboard. These will make it easier to manage your use of our site. They will also improve our business relationship.
